6) Bayside Film Festival Opening Night

The Bayside Film Festival is a not for profit event, with the main goal to source and screen great films by up and coming filmmakers. This year’s event, being incredibly competitive, will be showcasing films and videos of all genres and categories. Providing classic cinema food, drinks and a bunch of great films! Come help support the local film industry and community! All for half the price of a movie ticket!


5) Melbourne Night Noodle Markets

8th-28th November

This year will also see the return of crowd favourites such as Waffleland, Teppanyaki Noodles, Donburi Station, N2 Extreme Gelato, The Original Korean Twistto Potato, Black Star Pastry, Mr Miyagi, Sambal Kampung, Shallot Thai, Wonderbao, Bangkok Street Food, The Wagyu, Nem N Nem, and Chinese Dim Sum King. There will also be exciting new additions to the Night Noodle Markets family including Miso Fresh Food Truck, Bao Brothers, Red Spice Road, Apples + Pears, Son In Law, David’s and Oriental Tea House.


4) Beechworth Celtic Festival 

9th-11th November

The Celtic Festival is a diverse event with something to offer every age group, so this year in 2018 bring the whole family and create some fabulous Celtic memories together. Featuring: Gaol and Heritage Precinct tours, the Celtic Spectacular Concert at the Old Gaol, art exhibitions at the Old Town Hall and music and food at Hotels and Bridge Road Brewery.


3) Peel Street Festival

10th-12th November

Peel Street Festival will once again transform Peel Street into a wonderland of community celebrations in an inclusive, family, and doggo friendly public space. This year’s musical talent features: Coloured Stone, Totally Mild, MOD CON, DJ JNETT, P-UniQue, Uncle Jack Charles, Archer Magazine and the Neighbourhood House Choir.


2) Lexus Melbourne Cup Day

Australia’s greatest sporting and cultural icon, the A$7.3 million Lexus Melbourne Cup, is the feature of Cup Week, and a must-do sporting spectacle to witness live. 1) Sam Smith The Thrill Of It All World Tour

6th & 7th November

Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Sam Smith will return to Australia on his ‘The Thrill Of It All’ World Tour this November. Dedicating the past few years to performing to sold-out audiences across the globe and honing his songwriting talent in the studio, Smith’s return to recorded music in late 2017 with single ‘Too Good At Goodbyes’ was welcomed with open arms.
