What: Gloria Estefan and the cast of Hamilton will be performing during The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis’ 35th annual Great Sports Legends Dinner, which is going virtual this year.

Why: There’s a joke in here somewhere about Gloria Estefan singing, “come on, shake your body baby, do the conga!”, during a fundraiser for bodily paralysis.

8) Hanson: The Best of Hanson, Live and Electric

What: Hanson are kicking off their first livestream concert series in October from Cain’s Ballroom to help promote and support independent music venues. October’s theme will celebrate the 15th anniversary of Hanson’s The Best of Hanson, Live and Electric.

Why: Probably the only group of blonde-haired Americans to whom the phrase “let it go” means nothing.

7) Dave Koz: A New Day

What: Jazz icon Dave Koz is celebrating the release of his new album, A New Day, with a livestream event. He’ll be performing new songs as well as hits from his Southern California studio, premiere a new video, and answer fan questions.

Why: The question, “So which notes exactly weren’t you playing?”, will be met with instant dismissal from the online platform.

6) The Verve Pipe: Live

11th October

What: US rock band The Verve Pipe are playing a ticketed livestream show featuring some of their hits, including “The Freshmen,” as well as debut new music. “This will be a live stream like no other; an inside look at the band’s creative process,” frontman Brian Vander Ark said in a statement. “In addition to playing the favourites and telling some of the stories behind them, I’ll be introducing two new songs to the band for the first time, and we’ll work them out live in front of the virtual audience.”

Why: Not The Verve. Which is a good thing. The years in which no one could escape the sounds of Bitter Sweet Symphony were not good ones.

What: All Time Low is performing the entirety of Wake Up, Sunshine in a livestream show that was taped in July. The set kicks off their Basement Noise Concert Series.

Why: Hear more white Americans screaming about their supposed problems.

4) BTS: Live

7th October

What: Internationally renowned K-pop band BTS joins Radio.com for a live performance.

Why: No refunds offered if half the band have committed suicide and been replaced with animatronic clones before the livestream.
