He is known as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for the rock band Daughtry and according to critics, the 38-year-old hasn’t lost any steam over the years. 7) National Lampoon Live with Harrison Greenbaum

What: National Lampoon Live is a raucous comedy panel show featuring some of the country’s hottest comedians talking about some of the world’s craziest stuff – from Britney Spears burning down her gym to quarantine sex positions – all in front of a live “in virtual studio” audience. The show is hosted and written by Harrison Greenbaum (Conan) and has featured comedians such as Emma Willmann (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Netflix), Eliot Glazer (Broad City), and Maddy Smith (Wild ‘N Out). It is executive produced by Greenbaum, along with National Lampoon President Evan Shapiro and National Lampoon executive Brandon Tamburri.

Why: Shapiro and his band are trying to “mobilise into [the] void”. There’s nothing less uncomfortable than a panel of comedians trying desperately to make you laugh.

3) Nerf Herder: High Five Anxiety

What: Nerf Herder is an American geek-rock band from Santa Barbara, California, famous for their simplistic modern punk-style songs and juvenile but brilliant pop-culture-referencing lyrics. Come experience them raw in this unique livestreamed mini-concert.

2) Spinning in Solidarity

8th June

What: Presented by Swerv and Soju Gang, Spinning In Solidarity is an online fundraiser event and concert featuring artists and DJ’s coming together and sharing their passion for music to raise funds in solidarity for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Community. “As we watch from afar the continued killing of the black community in the US, we mourn and seek justice for lives taken at the hands of those sworn to serve and protect. Yet at the same time a dark reality is revealed, this is not an American issue – we do not sit on a higher moral ground as a country. Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait community face the same violence – and for too long we have ignored them. Their deaths go unnoticed and their fight for justice is swept aside. It’s time we stand up for our blak community here at home.” The concert will feature: Soju Gang, Swerve, DJ Pgz, Jade Zoe, Koda, Jay Dean, Stevzar, Kaira, JPS and Isaiah Morris.

1) All In WA

11th June

What: Pearl Jam, Death Cab for Cutie’s Ben Gibbard, Brandi Carlile and Macklemore are among several artists from the Seattle area who are uniting to perform a virtual COVID-19 relief concert benefitting All In WA. The event will be broadcast via Amazon Music’s Twitch channel. Dave Matthews, Ciara, Russell Wilson, Sir Mix-A-Lot, Allen Stone, Mary Lambert and the Black Tones are also slated to appear, along with actor Joel McHale. Funds raised for All In WA will be distributed to a host of organisations that support workers, families and communities who are in need and have been affected by the COVID-19 crisis throughout the state.

Why: They almost had us. And then…Macklemore.
