7) Gulgong Folk Festival
29th-31st December
What: This December, the unique, historic town of Gulgong will come alive with the Gulgong Folk Festival. There will be several venues with live music, markets in Coronation Park, Poets breakfasts, workshops, blackboard concerts and street busking. The John Dengate political songwriting competition is also on again. The headline Act will be The Bushwackers
