You Have To Know To Get It at LUFT

Hast du etwas Zeit für mich?

Dann singe ich ein Lied für dich, Von 99 Luftballons

Auf ihrem Weg zum Horizont

Denkst du vielleicht grad an mich?

Dann singe ich ein Lied für dich

Von 99 Luftballons

Und, dass sowas von sowas kommt.

We know that the name of the event is ‘Luft’ and not ’99 Luftballoons’, but for some reason those lyrics sprang to mind.

We do love that song.

Of course, we only know it in the original German. We heard the song from not the movie you’re thinking of, but the other movie you’ve never heard of. And also, we didn’t know the song just from the film you’ve never heard of, we knew it when it came out before we were born because we appreciate good music.

Speaking of good music and things you’ve never heard of, after an unforgettable debut event in 2018, LUFT returns for another one-day festival filled to the brim with multiple stages showcasing cutting edge house & techno artists, state of the art stage design and production and 360 degrees of immersive entertainment and art.

Featuring: Alex Stein, Nakadia, Pleasurekraft, Sébastien Léger, Township Rebellion and more.

We…have to apologise.

We’ve no idea why plugging a contemporary house and techno music festival inspired such a torrent of self-indulgent unearned exclusionary quasi-nostalgia and delusional self-worship.

Now we’ve got to go.

We’ve tickets to ride the rail at a Laptronica rave in an off the books abandoned mental hospital. We’re going to shuffle hard.

Plur.
