Top 10 things On in Brisbane this week 21/04/2019
This week heralds your doom. But on the bright side you won’t be facing it sober.
10) Anzac Day Parade Brisbane
25th April
What: The Anzac Day Parade Brisbane has its 103rd anniversary on 25 April 2019 having been the commemorated from the first Anzac Day in 1916. The 2019 Anzac Day Parade Brisbane will recognise the contribution of Women in War.
Why: We would make a comment about the moral complexity of honouring war veterans, but we’re not white enough to do so without fearing repercussions. So we’re just going to shut up and salute.
