Why: We now fully understand the phrase ‘eat with your eyes’. It’s better than trying to actually gastrically digest a load of vegan food.

7) Brunch of Flowers

16th March

What: Wildflower has become synonymous with being solely focused on creating wild ales using a house culture of microbes cultivated over the years by collected flowers, bark and other flora. Topher’s subtle artistry of mixed culture fermenting, barrel-aging & blending is the reason why Wildflower is creating waves in the Australian beer scene. For this beery brunch, Topher has handpicked 7 of his creations across various styles, flavours, stories, methods & ingredients to help give an insight to the story of Wildflower.

Why: The word flower can now be used in conjunction with beer.  And not just in the context of describing the tumour that’s flowering upon your liver due to a lifetime of chronic over-consumption of beer.
