Teams set for next week’s finals

Melbourne easy winners over the Broncos and the Cowboys edging out the Roosters gives us next week’s grand finals. No team has ever won after finishing the regular season in 8th and most thought that after Thurston was sidelined they wouldn’t even make the finals. Melbourne are the raging favourites.

But first up on Saturday is the AFL Grand Final with Adelaide as the form team this year big winners over Geelong. Early in the season GWS were tipped by most as getting to the grand finals but fell just short with Richmond easily knocking them over in the round of 4. Its been a long drought for Richmond but all the odds showing Adelaide are comfortably the favourites. Unless you’re a Richmond fan in what case you just don’t care.
