Oktoberfest Street Party

Munich Brauhaus in The Rocks on Saturday 16th September is kicking off at midday with schnitzel, steins and schnapps. This is the one place where those lederhosen you bought for that party will be totally acceptable on the street.

Cabramatta Moon Festival

Lion dances, dumpling and Dami Im at Cabramatta CBD on Sunday 24th September. Kimchi cooking classes, zillions of dumplings, banh mi, and I’m sure you’ll be able to find a Tsing Tao or two. You better show up hungry, mmmmmm

 

Aboriginal Bush Food Experience

Head down to the Botanical Gardens on Saturday 23rd Sep 1pm to join passionate Aboriginal guides to discover how to incorporate native Australian bush foods with everyday ingredients. Use a traditional coolamon to gather seasonal fruits, seeds, berries, native vegetables and plants from around the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney before learning about traditional food preparation methods and tasting your very own bush food infused recipes.
